Internal sales employee (f/m/d) as reinforcement for our sales team
Location Karlsruhe, full-time

 

Challenging and future-oriented – your responsibilities

  • Your main task is to provide support for the preparation, calculation and tracking of customer offers from all industry sectors.
  • You are the phone contact partner for customers and responsible for coordination and customer inquiries.
  • You support the sales team with analyses, research, documentation, in meetings and in cases requiring clarification.
  • You represent our companies at trade fairs and conferences.
  • You work intensively in key customer management.

Professional and personal – your qualifications

  • You successfully completed chemical or commercial professional training or a comparable study program and have already gained relevant professional experience.
  • You are interested in chemical-technical matters and are open to further training and building up your level of knowledge in this area.
  • You are profoundly customer and service-oriented and work in a structured, conscientious and independent manner.
  • You are experienced in dealing with common Office applications and an ERP system, ideally Microsoft Navision.
