The sales team is currently looking for an Inside Sales (m/f/d), with the prospect of advancing to Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Identifying new market potential and industry trends in the field of specialty chemicals
  • Supporting existing international customers and targeted acquisition of new customers
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies for defined regions
  • Responsibility for contract negotiations, conclusions, and sales and budget targets
  • Interdisciplinary cooperation to implement individual customer requirements

Your profile

  • Completed degree or commercial training, ideally with a focus on sales or chemistry
  • Initial professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in the chemical industry
  • Structured, solution-oriented approach to work and strong communication skills
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Customer-oriented thinking, confident manner, and willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30%)
