Location Karlsruhe part time (50%)


Challenging and future-oriented - your tasks

  • They are responsible for advising and participating in personnel development measures for managers and employees.
  • You will support the preparation of the monthly payroll for our subsidiaries
  • You will be responsible for maintaining HR master data/records and creating the corresponding personnel-related evaluations and statistics.
  • You are actively involved in various projects.

Professional and personal - your qualifications

  • You have an apprenticeship as a personnel specialist or a comparable commercial vocational training with a focus on personnel, preferably with work experience.
  • You have good knowledge of labour, tax and social security law.
  • You have a confident handling of MS-Office, especially Word and Excel, and a very good command of English.
  • You are characterized by good negotiation skills and good communication skills. You are a team player and enjoy working on cross-team projects.
