Quality Management Assistant (f/m/d)
Location: Karlsruhe, full-time

Your tasks

  • You will support and fill in for the quality management representative in all relevant tasks, such as documentation, training, internal/external audits
  • You will be responsible for process-related monitoring of specific customer orders from the pharmaceutical and medical technology sectors
  • You will create and check quality documents
  • You will process questionnaires that we receive from our customers
  • You will assist with the planning and implementation of process and system audits based on standards such as ISO 9001
  • You will assist with the continuous development of our sustainability strategies

Your qualifications

  • You must have a degree in commercial administration and completed further training in quality and environmental management
  • You must have some initial professional experience in the field of quality management
  • You must be a team player and show initiative
  • You should be able to work independently, and you should be conscientious, organised and thorough
  • You must be business fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • You must have experience with common Office applications and an ERP system, ideally Microsoft Navision
  • Ideally, you should be familiar with the EcoVadis platform and have experience in environmental management
