Your tasks
Maintaining and updating product data in the abcr catalog
Creating offers for catalog items
Conducting competition analyses
Conducting research in online databases (SciFinder, Discoverygate, DWCP)
Participating in data exchange with customers and suppliers
Optimization of the internal product databases, the ERP system (Microsoft Navision) and the business analysis tool
Participation in the strategic alignment of the product portfolio and pricing
Involvement in the creation of flyers and brochures for trade fairs or similar
Collaboration in cross-team projects
Your profile
You either have a degree in business chemistry or business informatics or a degree in natural sciences and an affinity for IT
You enjoy working with large amounts of chemical data and already have experience in comparing chemical data
You are familiar with the common chemistry online databases and have been able to gain initial experience with them.
You have knowledge of SQL databases and Microsoft Office, as well as experience in working with an ERP system, ideally Microsoft Navision.
You have good to very good English skills, and knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
You are a team player, reliable and willing to work hard.
