Lemon, ginger & honey
Ingredients
1-2 cm ginger, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tsp. honey
Preparation
Boil 300 ml water and pour into a jug. Grate the ginger, place in a tea strainer and hang in the pot. Infuse for 3-4 minutes.
In a large cup, add the lemon juice and honey and then pour in the ginger water. Stir to dissolve the honey. Add lemon and ginger slices and taste.
