Your tasks
- You enter, process and track customer orders
- You manage call-off and scheduled orders
- You take over part of the support for our key customers
- You communicate with our customers on a national and international level by e-mail and telephone in German and English
- You support customer and company projects
- You take over master data maintenance in the enterprise resource planning system
- Among other things, you are the contact person for the Purchasing, Sales and Logistics teams
- You are the friendly welcome for our visitors
Your profile
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (e.g. foreign trade clerk (m/f/x), office management clerk (m/f/x)) or have several years of experience in order processing or sales support
- You have already gained experience in international trade, ideally also with chemicals
- You have experience in working with an ERP system, ideally Microsoft Navision
- You work conscientiously and reliably and have a high level of resilience and a team-oriented way of working
- You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English, as well as another foreign language, preferably Spanish or Italian
