The health and safety of our customers, partners, employees, families and society in general are currently our top priority. We are obliged to minimise the spread of the coronavirus amongst them. As a company, we have therefore already taken extensive measures to enable us to continue doing business in a responsible manner and in accordance with the government’s guidelines and recommendations.
abcr GmbH and our subsidiaries are continuing all our national and international activities. Our reliable purchasing, warehousing and production systems, as well as the syntheses from our abcr service lab, will remain at your disposal. Our office and administrative functions will continue under partial staffing of the office and full staffing in a home-office context. We are taking appropriate protective measures to ensure that our laboratories, production facilities and logistics remain fully staffed and able to process all orders, almost without exception. If orders are nevertheless affected, you will be informed of this by our customer service department.
We will update you if anything changes or if special measures need to be taken, e.g. delivery freezes for specific regions.
